Hey there!
I'm back with a new challenge! I am always telling myself to go to the gym and to start working out but somehow I always end up not doing it and you know whats the worse part about it? that I work in a gym!! I know! how lazy am I?! :( i'ts really embarrassing BUT I've decided to get my butt of the couch and start working out! now I know that when we start working out we want to see results as soon as we start but this is one of those things that really take time... So I decided to get me some detox tea, try to eat clean and work out at least three days a week; You gotta start slow with this because it might get overwhelming if you start doing it all at the same time or at least thats my case, so I started by building a habit of working out first, the next step for me is to start the detox and eat better, the great thing about this brand is that they help you out with your diet! so in their website you can find their diet which is what I'm planning on following!
I am starting this detox today so wish me luck! I want to keep you all updated so stay tuned! I might post pictures at the end of the detox to show you my results as well and I'm posting some pictures bellow so you know what I'm talking about!
